It is intended to provide general educational information, which may include certain interactive programs intended to facilitate discussion regarding health and wellness issues relevant to you, our students.

- No information in this site is intended to diagnose or treat any condition or to provide specific medical advice, nor is it intended to replace, supersede or modify any advice given to you by your health care provider. Accessing or using this site does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. If you have questions about your personal medical condition, please contact your health care provider directly. If you're a student at Ohio State, you can call the Student Health Center at 292-4321 to speak with an advice nurse or make an appointment to see one of our providers.

- This site and any of its interactive programs may not be regularly monitored by the staff of OSU-SHS and are therefore not intended to be a means of contacting The Ohio State University Student Health Center regarding any aspect of your care. If you have questions about other signs or symptoms that you are experiencing, call 292-4321 during business hours to speak with an advice nurse.
