International Students
The Preventive Medicine Program works with the Office of International Affairs (OIA) in helping students comply with the University's Health Screening requirement. The International Health Screening is required for all new International Students at OSU, and is provided through two screening programs each quarter, or by individual appointment as available. The health screening involves a brief health status review, and a tuberculosis assessment. Students with records of previous health screenings, tuberculosis testing, and chest x-rays are encouraged to bring this information with them to the health screening. More information about the health screening and other health issues can be found at the Office of International Affairs.
The two (2) forms to the right must be completed prior to the Health Screening. These forms will be available at the Health Screening, or you can download them here and bring them already completed to the screening.
