Transfer a Prescription

When transferring a prescription to the Wilce Student Health Center Pharmacy, you will be asked to provide:

  • Prescription number of the medication, located on the pharmacy label
  • Name and phone number of the original pharmacy, located on the pharmacy label

Call the pharmacy at (614) 292-0125 or stop by and speak to a Pharmacy Technician.
