Preventive Medicine is designed to protect the health of OSU students in general, and in particular, those students participating in programs that place them at increased health risks.

    • All faxes should include the student's full name, date of birth, and for health professional students, the specific program in which they are enrolled.

Location:

Second floor of Wilce Student Health Center.  Check in at the second floor desk for all appointments.

Department Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
