Cancel an Appointment
To cancel an appointment:
- Call Advice/Appointments at (614) 292-4321 (available 24 hours a day)
- Stop by Advice/Appointments and speak with an Appointments Associate
- Online via My BuckMD Connection
- Prior to using My BuckMD Connection you must:
- Complete a My BuckMD Connection Informed Consent Form.
- Present the completed form and a photo ID to the Health Information Services department on the ground floor of the Wilce Student Health Center.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 2 hours in advance of your appointment or you will be assessed a missed appointment fee.
Cancelling appointments in a timely manner allows other students to utilize your appointment time.
