A Men's Health Maintenance Schedule

Unfortunately, most men are better at taking care of their cars than themselves - perhaps because tinkering under a car's hood is a lot more fun than having a doctor tinker under ours. But just like cars, humans come with a clearly defined and easy-to-follow maintenance schedule. In celebration of Men's Health Month, Vaughn will review the tune-ups all men should get when they hit certain mileage milestones. He'll break down men's health maintenance schedule by decade of life, focusing on the immunizations and health screening tests recommended in each.
